Barre + Buti Yoga Instructor

I started my barre journey in 2016. I was very nervous, but I instantly fell in love with it. I started going a couple times a week then it became 5-6 times a week. I mixed in Buti Yoga® and Pound® classes as well. I had people come up to me and say they think that I should teach. I decided to give it a try and I got certified. It was a great decision! The community is amazing, and I love sharing my passion!


Describe Yourself! :  Quiet (but not when teaching!), energetic, caring.

Occupation? : Invoicing Coordinator 

Favorite Food? : French fries but roasted asparagus is a close second.

Summer or Winter? :  Summer. I get cold very easily.

What is your favorite part of teaching?  Getting people to challenge themselves and getting people to laugh and smile.

Favorite Fitness or Wellness Tip?

Drink water and do things that make you happy.  


What should we expect in one of your classes? 

Lots of energy and music from many genres.  

What is an item on your Bucket List? 

Go on safari in Botswana and Namibia.


Anything else you want to share?

I am a little obsessed with elephants. They are amazing.
