I've taken a lot of fitness classes (Zumba, Barre at various studios, Pilates, Yoga, CrossFit), and nothing made me feel as good about myself and where I was in life at that exact moment as taking Barre/yoga at MBB. So I decided I wanted to teach Barre (and yoga once I get my 200hr) once I became a stay at home Mom.
Describe Yourself!: I like to think I'm not a regular Mom, I'm a cool Mom...but I'm definitely a big dork haha. I like to laugh and have fun, because life is too GD short.
Favorite Food?: Does coffee count :) ? I really love donuts and almost any dessert that comes to mind. Oh and Indian, Japanese, Thai, Mexican, "American"...just all the foods.
Summer or Winter?: Summer (Even though my birthday is in December)
What is your favorite part of teaching a class? RHCD, and reminding everyone that they're perfect Goddesses! I want everyone to leave class feeling good about themselves
Favorite Fitness or Wellness Tip? Drink so much water (literally a gallon a day). Water aids with so many processes in the body, and is the fountain of youth.
What should we expect in one of your classes?
Expect to sweat and shake! And for me to tell at least one dorky joke/ probably reference my love of Bruno Mars
What is an item on your bucket list? Dive with Great White Sharks and Whale sharks
Anything else you want to share? I lived in Australia for 3 years, I was a Barista hence my obsession with coffee :). I love reading, country music, scuba diving, and cooking!
