Join us from the comfort of your home! Just like a typical class at the studio, we'll have you moving + shaking! Expect to tone from head to toe! All you need is a space to lay out a mat! You can use the back of a chair, counter, or anything hip height as your 'barre'. Weights are optional (1-3 pounds recommend).
HOW TO REGISTER:
How to Take a Virtual Class:
1.) Sign up for class as normal!
2.) Go to zoom.us and click 'Join a Meeting'. You will be prompted to download Zoom (100% free to do so!)
3.) Enter the meeting number for the class. Meeting number is listed in class description. Each virtual class has it's own meeting number.
**Please join the meeting/class 5 min. prior to start time to give yourself time to get set up.
*We recommend that you mute yourself, so you don't have any static noise in the class.
