Studio Purchase Policies

  • Single Classes expire 21 days from purchase.

  • Class Packages expire 6 months from purchase. Packages purchased on promotion/sale may have a shorter expiration date. Please check when purchasing. No extensions or refunds will be given.

  • Barre Star Membership can be purchased online (desktop version). The software system does not allow the purchase through the MindBody app. 

  • New Client 30 Day Unlimited begins on date of purchase. 

  • Plie is not responsible for and will not refund accidental purchases. 

  • Class packages and memberships cannot be shared between two people. Each client must have their own account within the MindBody system and their own packages.

  • Arrive on time! Studio opens 10 minutes prior to class time. We will not lock you out, but we ask that you are mindful of the other students in the class! It is important for you to warm up before performing any exercise at the studio to prevent injury or strain. 

  • Need to leave early? We really would love for you to stay for savasana (it's just as important as the physical workout!) but if you need to go, please give your instructor a heads up before class. just so we know you are ok! While we appreciate you helping to put away your equipment, in this instance please leave your equipment where it is and quietly exit the studio to not distract everyone else.  

  • Please bring your own equipment. Once arriving to your bubble, use the sanitizer spray to clean off the equipment + barre. Keep your mask on until you are all set up in the bubble. 

  • Anytime you leave the bubble, you will be required to wear a mask. 

  • If you are in need of equipment for the class, please let the instructor know. We will get the equipment for you. 

  • Classes, workshops, and events must be paid in full before the start of class. If you must pay cash, please email us. *Note - we cannot guarantee a spot in class if it is not paid in full prior to class time.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a class with less than 3 students. If we need to cancel a class, we will make every effort to notify you at least 1 hour in advance. The exception being our 6am classes. If no one is signed up as of 10pm the night before, we will cancel the class. Please NO drop ins. 

  • Studio is for students 16+ years old. If you are under 18, we require a parent/guardian signature.

Cancellation Policy

  • All classes have a 8 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before the 8 hour window, the class credit will be returned your account. If  you cancel within the 8 hour window,  you will forfeit the class credit. (Barre Star Members will be charged a $5.00 fee).  If you no-show the class, you will be charged a no-show fee of $10. We always ask that you late cancel instead of no show as to give the instructor time to adjust their class or allow another client to join into the class. On the occasion that we would waive your fee, the discretion is up to the owner as to whether or not a refund will be granted. If you find that you become ill/injured and cannot attend class, we encourage you to log into our online scheduler and cancel upcoming classes that you have scheduled so that you are not charged the fee and do not lose those classes.

  • There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all specialty events and workshops. If you do not cancel within this time frame you will be charged in full.

  • From time to time we will hold FREE classes for our clients. In the event that you do not show or late cancel you will be charged in full.

Snow + Severe Weather Policy

  • As a business located in New England, we are committed to keeping our doors open through all the types weather New England has to offer - providing you with a safe + warm space to escape to. The safety of our clients and team is of the utmost importance to us.

  • In the event that a class is cancelled due to weather, every effort will  be made to give advanced notice of cancellation. We will notify you three ways: 

    • Class will be cancelled on the MindBody app. It will appear as 'Cancelled' where the 'Book Now' button is. ​

    • Our Facebook + Instagram pages will have a post with information about cancellation. 

    • We will send out an e-mail to those signed up for a class. We will not be able to reach out personally (via text or call) due to the number of people on the list. Please check your email regularly. If you have not joined our contact list, click here or scroll to the bottom of the page. 

  • If class(es) are cancelled, your account will always be credited accordingly. The credit will be returned to your account.

  • If we are open, our 8 hour cancellation policy will remain in effect. As in our policy, we will give credit for extreme situations. We ask that you are mindful and leave yourself enough time to shovel out and come to class (safely). We are New Englander's after all ;)
