Studio Purchase Policies

  • Single Classes expire 14 days from purchase.

  • Class Packages expire 6 months from purchase. Packages purchased on promotion/sale may have a shorter expiration date. Please check when purchasing. No extensions or refunds will be given. 

  • New Client 14 Day begins on date of first class. 

  • Plie is not responsible for and will not refund accidental purchases. 

  • Class packages and memberships cannot be shared between two people. Each client must have their own account within the fitDEGREE system and their own packages.

  • Arrive on time! Studio opens 15 minutes prior to class time. We will not lock you out, but we ask that you are mindful of the other students in the class! It is important for you to warm up before performing any exercise at the studio to prevent injury or strain. 

  • Need to leave early? We really would love for you to stay for the stretch (it's just as important as the physical workout!) but if you need to go, please give your instructor a heads up before class. just so we know you are ok! While we appreciate you helping to put away your equipment, in this instance please leave your equipment where it is and quietly exit the studio to not distract everyone else.  

  • Classes, workshops, and events must be paid in full before the start of class. If you must pay cash, please email us. *Note - we cannot guarantee a spot in class if it is not paid in full prior to class time.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a class with less than 3 students. We will notify you one hour ahead of the start time in the event of a cancellation due to low enrollment. The exception being our 6:15am classes. If no one is signed up as of 10pm the night before, we will cancel the class. We recommend having a phone number on your account so that you can receive an automated text.

  • We have some limited class sizes so we highly recommend signing up for class in advance so we know you are coming! Classes may be cancelled if there are not enough participants registered. If this is the case, we will notify you 1 hour ahead of time, via text + email. the FitDEGREE app will also notify you. All class credits will be returned/extended to you in this event. 

  • Studio is for students 16+ years old. If you are under 18, we require a parent/guardian signature.

At the Studio

Cancellation Policy

  • All studio classes have a 4 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before the 4 hour window, the class credit will be returned your account. If  you cancel within the 4 hour window,  you will forfeit the class credit. (Members will be charged a $5.00 fee). 

  • If you no-show the class, you will be charged a no-show fee of $10. We always ask that you late cancel instead of no show as to give the instructor time to adjust their class or allow another client to join into the class.

  • On the occasion that we would waive your fee, the discretion is up to the owner as to whether or not a refund/waiving will be granted. We know that things come up last minute, so if you find that you become ill/injured and cannot attend class, we encourage you to log into our online scheduler and cancel upcoming classes that you have scheduled so that you are not charged the fee and do not lose those classes. You may also email us. 

  • There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all specialty events and workshops. If you do not cancel within this time frame you will be charged in full.

  • From time to time we will hold FREE classes for our clients. In the event that you do not show or late cancel you will be charged in full! These classes usually fill up, so we ask that you cancel out as soon as possible so we can add people from the waitlist. 

Snow + Severe Weather Policy

  • As a business located in New England, we are committed to keeping our doors open through all the types weather New England has to offer - providing you with a safe + warm space to escape to. The safety of our clients and team is of the utmost importance to us.

  • In the event that a class is cancelled due to weather, every effort will  be made to give advanced notice of cancellation. We will notify you three ways: 

    • Class will be cancelled on the fitDEGREE app. It will appear as 'Cancelled'.

    • Our Facebook + Instagram pages will have a post with information about cancellation. 

    • We will send out an e-mail to those signed up for a class. We will not be able to reach out personally (via text or call) due to the number of people on the list. Please check your email regularly. If you have not joined our contact list, click here or scroll to the bottom of the page. 

  • If class(es) are cancelled, your account will always be credited accordingly. The credit will be returned to your account.

  • If we are open, our 4 hour cancellation policy will remain in effect. Again, in this instance please late cancel instead of no show so we can adjust the class as needed. As in our policy, we will give credit for extreme situations. We ask that you are mindful and leave yourself enough time to shovel out and come to class (safely). We are New Englander's after all ;)
