  • How Do I Join a Virtual Class? 

    • Go to our online scheduler as you normally would! You can sign up for a virtual class using existing class credits/membership on your account OR purchase a virtual class package. Once you join the class, you'll receive an email about 30 minutes before containing a link to the class. It will be a different email link for every class. Please be sure to check junk/promotions folders for the email.  

  • Will my Class Package Be Extended When You Reopen Doors?

    • Yes! All class packages will be extended through 12/31/2020. If you need an extension, please let us know. Each one has to be done manually so we will not be able to update it until you let us know! 

  • What is a Replay class?

    • On the schedule a class that is listed as "Replay: Barre" is a recording of a previous livestreamed class. You still sign up as normal, using existing credits/membership and a link will be emailed to you at the class start time. You will have 24 hour access to the class to do as many times as you want. This allows for you to still hold yourself accountable for class but be able to adjust for your schedule. 

  • What is Barre?

    • Barre is a low impact, multi-level fitness class that incorporates small isometric movements. Using (at most) 3 lbs weights, this class fuses together a combination of yoga, Pilates, ballet, and traditional weight training. Expect to strengthen, lengthen, and energize the body. Barre focuses on strengthening the core, correcting posture, and proper alignment​. Trust us, your body will thank you for taking a class!

  • Do You Offer Childcare?

    • Unfortunately no, not at this time. From time to time we offer Mommy+ Me or Buddy +  Me classes. Be sure to join our mailing list to catch the next one. ​

  • Can I Do It? Do I need dance experience?

    • Yes! Yes! Yes! All of our classes are for everybody and every BODY! Our instructors are trained in offering alternatives or adjustments for everyone. Zero dance experienced is needed! While we use some terminology from ballet, it's easy to catch on with our instructors both verbal and physically explaining the moves!

  • What should I wear? Do I need to bring anything?

    • Just your beautiful self! Wear whatever you want and feel comfortable in! Just have the bits and pieces covered. Most tend towards yoga gear. Also, bring a water with you! If you forget one, no worries, we have bottled water for sale at the front for $1.00 (cash only) 

  • Do you provide mats? 

    • Yes! We provide all mats and equipment. If you have a mat that you would prefer to use, feel free to bring it with you! 

  • How often should I be attending class?

    • As often as you want! We love seeing you in the studio! We recommend 3-4 times a week for best results! Though, with barre's low impact nature you could take it 7 days a week! 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • All classes have a 8 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before the 8 hour window, the class credit will be returned your account. If  you cancel within the 8 hour window,  you will forfeit the class credit. (Barre Star Members will be charged a $5.00 fee).  If you no-show the class, you will be charged a no-show fee of $10. We always ask that you late cancel instead of no show as to give the instructor time to adjust their class or allow another client to join into the class. On the occasion that we would waive your fee, the discretion is up to the owner as to whether or not a refund will be granted. (Learn more about our cancellation and other studio policies here.)

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    • Yes! We offer e-certificates available here or plastic gift cards in the studio. If purchasing in studio, we are open 15 minutes before/after every class.
